Black Apprentice Network Leads support the delivery and design of all activity for the Network. Leads work directly with the Multiverse community team to work with partners, organisations and network members to bring you the best opportunities to connect, learn and have fun!

Tell us about yourself…
My name is Franshiny and I am a project management apprentice at Google. Prior to joining Google, I worked in the non-profit sector working with under-resourced communities in NYC. I also briefly spent time at a tech startup focused on providing free online tutoring support to students in the US and Canada. I am most passionate about helping others and connecting people to opportunities that help them grow. I am an avid reader and on weekends you will most likely catch me reading a book or binge watching one of my many guilty pleasure reality tv shows.
What are you looking forward to as a Network Lead?
What I look forward to most as a Network Lead is getting to work alongside other apprentices from different walks of life in order to put together a safe space for apprentices to share with one another

I am a 19-year-old digital business Accelerator apprentice and I work in Consultancy for a company called Delta Capita. Outside of work, I do run my own personal blog where I talk about a range of topics relating to my experiences inside and outside of work.
What are you looking forward to as a Network Lead?
I am looking forward to meeting new people and being able to write about their experiences as well as my own. I am also excited to just be able to create a resource that was not necessarily around when I was starting my apprenticeship journey.

My name is Janika Cook and I am based in Cleveland, Ohio, USA. I completed my Data Fellowship Apprenticeship this past June and converted to a permanent employee as a Technical Data Analyst. I work for a healthcare company and enjoy using data to ensure our patients are living the healthiest lives possible.
What are you looking forward to as a Network Lead?
As a US Events Lead for the Black Apprentice Networking Group, I am looking forward to meeting and supporting other apprentices in their career journey with Multiverse!
