Our Group Mentoring Programme connects you with top industry mentors through 90-minute sessions designed to foster collaboration and diverse insights. Attend two group mentoring sessions, each featuring a new set of mentors, and complement this with 1:1 mentoring slots for personalised guidance tailored to your goals. With flexibility to choose sessions and mentors that align with your aspirations, this programme is your pathway to growth and success.
Programme Focused Networks: Grow with your Peers
Our qualification groups are the core spaces for you to connect with other apprentices on your programme, they foster social learning and are there to support you throughout the duration of your apprenticeship.
Besides just peer support, they are home to our Mentoring offer, designed to provide you with timely learning support when most needed on your apprenticeship.
