5 Reasons You Should Join the Blogging Team (Cohort 5!)
We’ve got exciting news! The Multiverse Content Team is now accepting applications for the fifth cohort of the Blogging Team. We’re looking for curious writers who’d like to share their experiences and voices with the broader community.
This is an excellent light-lift opportunity for you to join a vibrant community of content creators and have your blogs published as part of the Apprentice Lens series. No prior experience is required- only a willingness to share your voice!
Applications will stay open until October 20, 2023.
Who Can Apply?
Any on-programme apprentice or alum can apply to be part of the Blogging Team- you don’t need any prior writing experience.
Why Should You Join the Blogging Team?
Out of many good reasons, we picked 5:
1) Improve Your Written Communication Skills
Written communication is essential in any career path. Being able to express yourself, make compelling cases, and speak to a broader audience are skills that make you stand out in a professional setting. By writing consistently and receiving personal guidance from our Content Team, you’ll get to improve your writing skills significantly. You'll also get the chance to attend a training session given by a professional copywriter!
2) Build Your Personal Brand
The articles you write for the Community Hub will be public, so you can share them with your network. They will also be promoted via company-wide Newsletters and some of the articles will even be shared by the Multiverse social media accounts, creating excellent opportunities for your content to shine in the professional landscape.
3) Influence the Community Hub’s Content Strategy
We’re at an exciting period where we’re rapidly scaling our content on the Community Hub and experimenting with different ways to deliver content. This means that your valuable input can help shape our roadmap moving forward. This could be an excellent opportunity for you to bring your creativity and leadership skills to life!
4) Connect with Like-Minded Peers
You’ll be part of a small group of people who are as interested in sharing their experiences and ideas as you are. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from their experiences, grow as a team, and connect with them in optional online catch-ups or our in-person meetups.

What are the Expectations?
You will not be expected to spend more than 1-2 hours per week. Over the course of 4 months, you will produce a minimum of 4 articles and attend 4 virtual meetings. The main expectation is to meet the submission deadlines so that we can ensure a consistent stream of articles on the Hub for our community to enjoy!
