Staying on top of OTJ/Professional Practice: The Ultimate Guide
Reading time: 3 mins
Keeping on top of your Off The Job/Professional Practice over the upcoming holidays can be a fantastic way to set yourself up for success in 2022. As a member of the Multiverse Community, you have 24/7 access to a host of resources that contribute towards OTJ/Professional Practice - and upcoming holidays may be the perfect time to curl up and watch a past event recording, read some articles and guides, or get some revision in the bank!
As a reminder, in the UK, Off-the-job training is defined as learning which is undertaken outside of day-to-day work duties and leads towards the achievement of the apprenticeship. The off-the-job training must be directly relevant to the apprenticeship.
