Jack Harrison, Data Literacy/Data & Insights for Business Decisions, Travis Perkins
*Business Transformation Award Winner*

“Using the skills from the data literacy/Data & Insights for Business Decisions programme Jack used SQL to source live data from Google big query and made an interactive report to communicate his finding with their team. Jack worked in an inclusive manner by following the principles of accessible design and by communicating complex insights in a simple manner. Through their data analysis, Jack identified an error in the way that their team was operating that had resulted in a profit loss margin of £200,000. Based on their insights, the team was able to establish a new way of working to mitigate this profit loss, improve the customer experience and help the team to work more efficiently. Jack also became a data champion by using their OTJ time build on skills they learned on programme, they shared these skills with their team AND other apprentices by contributing to video that was used in the module 10 pre-work. Very well done” - Dawn Buchanan

Ella Morrison, Digital Business Accelerator, Kantar
*Peer Support Award Winner*

“Ella went above and beyond on programme and during the EPA period to show outstanding support to their peers both in their cohort and across other programmes at Multiverse. From the beginning of their Multiverse journey Ella spoke about goals of getting involved and helping other apprentices to feel confident and motivated on programme. Ella sought out opportunities to do so joined the Peer Support Scheme where they met 5 individuals and worked with them for months to collaborate and drive impact in their apprenticeship and roles. Ella also posted within out cohort Community channel sharing their experience as a Peer Volunteer with other apprentices encouraging them to join too. This demonstrates how Ella cares for their peers and worked to encourage meaningful connections for themselves and others. During the Gateway period and leading up to EPA Ella created a study group with three of their peers who were feeling anxious about the upcoming assessments and would set meetings and catch ups where they were able to effectively prepare together. Beyond EPA, Ella continues to develop these relationships meeting up with people from their cohort months after the apprenticeship. Within Kantar, Ella communicates with other DBA apprentices and supports them by sharing in vulnerabilities, experiences and knowledge. What stands out to me is not just Ella's willingness to get involved and collaborate, but their willingness to share openly, model vulnerability and lead with kindness. Ella is an exceptional apprentice and human being.” - Kelly Mossman
Satnam Heer, Digital Business Accelerator, Dentsu
*Personal Transformation Award Winner*

“Satnam has been on a personally turbulent journey over the last 13 months. The story I want to share is that of resilience, perseverance, authenticity and growth. They experienced challenges in the role that were not being addressed or supported by the company, they felt they didn’t know how best to approach this. However they always remained open to the coaching sessions and the 1:1 approach that complimented their style of learning and processing. They started to unpack what were the true blockers, What were their goals, what is needed to achieve them. Despite the circumstances presented to them, I have never met a more honest, open and authentic person who started this journey timid, shy, not certain, a little pessimistic who now embodies the definition of a growth mindset, can draw on their previous experience to support resolution for issues that arise and has a phenomenal approach to life and opportunity I have seen in nobody else. Talk about a 180!" -Natasha Auge
Georgia Bradley, People Leadership, Wella
*Social Impact Award Winner*

“Georgia is passionate about social impact and is an action taker. She works in a sales role at Wella but recently took it upon herself, outside the scope of her role, to address a finding in her company's employee engagement data. She set up a working group called 'Commitment to Community and got sign off from Wella to support employees volunteering opportunities and more generally the profile of 'giving back' to the community. Through the working group, Georgia has already hosted an event at Wella, for a charity who empower young people to believe in themselves and discover their personal potential, by hosting a 'world of work day'. In leading the Commitment to Community working group she has also organised a volunteer day supporting a Women's refuge. Georgia also leads the 'Women of Wella' Global Group and recently arranged a range of sessions and panel discussions for employees for International Women's Day 2023...this is in addition to her day job! Finally, as soon as Georgia had gone through her End Point Assessment she signed up to the Multiverse mentoring scheme - to continue to give back and to develop her leadership skills further. Georgia is constantly seeking opportunities to align her work with her personal values and is absolutely smashing it!” -Helen Connolly
